Prince S. Cooper is the Founder/ President of the Board of Prinstine Group of Companies, bringing extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, accountancy, insurance, audit, and education. With experience as a Comptroller, Accounts Manager, Internal Auditor, and adjunct lecturer, he also serves as a financial consultant for medium and large businesses.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Hons), an MBA in Finance, an MA in Education, along with postgraduate diplomas in Education, Reinsurance, and certificates in Internal Audit and Taxation.

Gerald  is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in Finance , Administration, and Management. With over a decade of diverse work experience across the finance, hospitality, education, and telecommunications sectors, Gerald has consistently demonstrated his ability to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth. Gerald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Valley View University in Ghana, an Executive Diploma in Management Accounting and a Diploma in Project Management
